Kilkenny City

The Kilkenny Whiskey Guild is a collection of 10 establishments throughout Ireland's Medieval capital. Each premises will stock a minimum of 60 Irish Whiskeys and will assist in the customers experience through knowledgeable staff, tasting flights, food pairings and mixology.

Kilmacoliver Walk Kilkenny

This loop walk starts & finishes at the car park at the Watering Place wildlife lakes fed by fresh water springs 1km from the village of Tullahought. Dist/Time is 6km/2hrs. Terrain includes laneways,fields & woodland trails.Part of Trail Kilkenny.


Kiltorcan Raceway operate a 1000 metre, super smooth, all weather, floodlit track and supply everything you will need for a fantastic driving experience. All weather, go karting track outdoor circuit for events, parties, tuition and practice.

Golf and Equestrian Activities at Mount Juliet Estate

18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed Championship Golf Course, 18 hole putting course, 3 hole golf academy and golf practice area, including driving bays. Ranked among the world's finest parkland courses. Has hosted the Irish Open on 3 occasions.

Golf in Kilkenny at Mountain View Golf Course

A beautiful eighteen hole parkland golf course situated on over 120 acres of prime Kilkenny land. Ideally situated in the South East and only 20 minutes drive from Kilkenny.

River Nore Linear Park Walk in Kilkenny

The Nore Linear Park follows the banks of the River Nore as it flows through the Kilkenny City. The park has a network of accessible cycleways and footpaths on both sides of the river within the Kilkenny City and Environs. Part of Trail Kilkenny.


Come explore and enjoy some fun at the farm or stay in our campsite full of mod cons at the delightfully idyllic Nore Valley. Take time out and stroll around the energetic farm while the children play in an interactive and relaxed setting. Bottle feed lambs or goats and feed the ducks and turkeys as well as learning a great deal of knowledges about your Irish heritage of farming. Relax with a cup of tea and home baked scones, biscuits and plenty of other delicious treats while the boys rip up the tracks on our Go-Karting race course. With endless things to do at Nore Valley, there is something for the whole family.

North Kilkenny Cycle Loop

Starting at the the Trail Kilkenny Kiosk on The Parade in Kilkenny City. Distance is 27km and time is approx 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Terrain includes river side roads and rural laneways and would suit leisure self sufficient cyclists.

North Kilkenny Cycle Route Castlecomer Freshford Tullaroan

This route is the most challenging in the Trail Kilkenny portfolio of cycling trails. It winds its way through rural North Kilkenny bringing the cyclist through beautiful villages like Freshford and Castlecomer.
